**Finance Analyst**

**OBJECTIVES**

Finance and Administration Analyst are responsible for ensuring the efficient functioning of the office by performing administrative tasks such as filing, invoicing and collection of accounts receivable, administrative procedures and other duties.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports
- Manage and coordinate the key financial measurements (revenue, gross profit, expense, and profit and cash), and also advise on cost reducing techniques
- Determine the prices at which securities should be offered and syndicated to the public
- Monitor variances, track receivables, and follow up on discrepancies
- Conduct business studies, review accounts, vendor reports, contractual terms, prices, and market oscillations
- Analyze financial performance and develop forecast models

**SKILLS OR EXPERIENCE**
- Minimum of one to three years’ experience as a junior financial analyst, financial analyst, or in a similar role.
- Knowledge in MS Office (especially Excel).
- Excellent communication skills.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a team environment and ability to work independently.
- Graduates or advanced students of the Accountant, Finance, Business Administration or related careers.
