We are seeking a **Senior - Technical Salesforce **to join our remote team.

You will ensure that our Salesforce solutions align with business requirements and platform best practices. You will also implement Salesforce solutions, including the development of Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and the configuration of objects and workflows.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead the design and architecture of Salesforce solutions, ensuring alignment with business requirements and platform best practices
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into clear and detailed technical requirements
- Act as the primary point of contact for technical queries and resolution of Salesforce-related issues
- Participate in the planning and estimation of Salesforce projects, ensuring effective management of scope, time, and resources
- Provide technical guidance and support to the team, including code review, troubleshooting, and professional development
- Stay updated on the latest updates and trends in the Salesforce platform and proactively recommend improvements and optimizations

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- 3+ years of experience in Salesforce development and architecture, with a proven track record of successful project delivery
- Strong understanding of Salesforce Object and Fields Architecture, Salesforce platform, and related technologies
- Proven ability to collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- B2+ English level proficiency
