Lead - Technical Salesforce

We are in search for a remote** Lead - Technical Salesforce **to lead our technical team in the design and implementation of Salesforce solutions.

You will ensure that our Salesforce solutions align with business requirements and platform best practices. You will also guide and lead the technical team in implementing Salesforce solutions, including the development of Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and the configuration of objects and workflows.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead the design and architecture of Salesforce solutions, ensuring alignment with business requirements and platform best practices
- Supervise and lead the technical team in the implementation of Salesforce solutions
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into clear and detailed technical requirements
- Act as the primary point of contact for technical queries and resolution of Salesforce-related issues
- Participate in the planning and estimation of Salesforce projects, ensuring effective management of scope, time, and resources
- Stay updated on the latest updates and trends in the Salesforce platform and proactively recommend improvements and optimizations
- Provide technical guidance and support to the team, including code review, troubleshooting, and professional development

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- 5+ years of experience in Salesforce development and architecture, with a proven track record of successful project delivery
- 1+ year of relevant leadership experience
- Strong understanding of Salesforce Object and Fields Architecture, Salesforce platform, and related technologies
- Experience in planning and estimating Salesforce projects, managing scope, time, and resources effectively
- Experience in leading technical teams and supervising Salesforce implementations
- Proven ability to collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- B2+ English level proficiency
