You will be responsible for leading the recruiting team and creating strategic plans to attract a wide pool of qualified talent for the organization.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Develop a Talent Acquisition team dedicated to recruiting and filling all open positions.
- Design talent acquisition strategies and hiring plans.
- Lead, oversee and supervise members of the recruiting team, being responsible for prioritizing the Recruitment Backlog to streamline team efforts.
- Sourcing and discovering top talent for open positions using job boards and overseeing employee referral programs.
- Determine current staffing needs and produce forecasts.
- Assist in employee retention and development processes.
- Organize and attend career fairs, assessment centers, or other events.
- Update recruiting procedures or create new procedures.

**What You Bring to the Team**:

- Prior experience as a Talent Acquisition Lead in the IT industry, or similar experience in an HR role for different levels (mid, senior, management).
- High knowledge of hunting techniques for active and passive profiles.
- Knowledge and mastery of Applicant Tracking Systems.
- Prior experience leading a regional and/or multinational team of recruiters.
- Basic knowledge of agile methodologies, customer journey, scrum, kanban, etc.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Knowledge of job posting sites and professional social media platforms such as LinkedIn.
- Knowledge of various interviewing methods.
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
- Excellent proficiency in English (B2 or C1).
- Proficiency in delivering high-impact presentations.
