As a Talent Acquisition (TA) Partner you will be recognized as functioning as a high-level recruiting strategist on the Global Talent Acquisition team. You will perform all the duties including but not limited to handling full life-cycle recruiting, university relations, partner with hiring leaders and HRBP’s, meeting the goals and metrics for the team, and running your day-to-priorities. You will also assist in the developing of high-level strategies, including the management of difficult to fill, senior level and high-touch positions.

**The Opportunity**:

- Collaborate with our lead technical TA Partners and support recruiting efforts for high-end software engineering talent supporting our Product, Engineering, and Customer Success groups in the United States, Canada, and Colombia.
- Continuously pipeline talent for current and upcoming needs.
- Collaborate with TA/HR leadership and business leaders to prioritize the organization's needs and execute sourcing/recruiting strategies.

**Requirements**:

- 5+ years experience sourcing high-level engineers (Front End, Back End, Full Stack, DevOps, Product Managers etc)
- 2+ years of sourcing, including the use of diverse strategies, technologies and tools. gathering competitive/market intelligence, and networking/referral driven sourcing.
- Fluent in English and Spanish.
- Experience using an enterprise ATS (Lever, Workday, Greenhouse, etc.).Experience developing and implementing recruiting strategies and processes.

**Preferred Experience**:

- Experience using Lever ATS.
- Previous experience recruiting in Colombia.
- Agency or technology startup experience
- Experience with TA-related projects such as employer branding, DE&I, data and metrics, etc.
- Experience developing and maintaining relationships with Colombian Universities.
- Experience building relationships with groups such as, Girls Who Code, join local Meetups to build partnerships etc
- Experience with new hire onboarding
