**What we offer**:
- Competitive Salary: 4.000.000 to 4.500.000 COP
- Night shift transportation benefit.
- Paid training and a vibrant office located in El Poblado.
- Schedule: Sunday to Thursday, 2:30 pm to 12:00 am with two consecutive days off.
- Location: On-site in Medellin.
**Requirements**:
- Fluent English communication skills. (B2 or C1 preferred).
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- A proven track record of successfully leading teams and managing projects
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Meticulous attention to detail accompanied by outstanding organizational and multitasking skills.
- Preferably, prior experience in sales roles.
**Responsibilities**:
- Work closely with the Dispatch Manager to ensure the smooth operations of the team.
- Together with the Dispatch Manager, supervise the performance of the Dispatching team and extend requisite support.
- Assist in hiring Dispatchers during peak seasons, participating in the recruitment and selection process to build a strong and capable team.
- Provide coaching and mentorship to all staff members as needed, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development within the organization.
- Coordinate various processes and reporting tasks within the company to ensure efficient operations.
- Monitor messaging platforms for important daily tasks and communication, ensuring timely responses and follow-ups.
- Maintain filing systems and ensure administrative processes are up to date, fostering an organized and efficient work environment.
- Assist with special projects and team assignments, including those related to marketing initiatives and service strategies.
- Perform data analysis and create processes using Microsoft Excel and other tools to drive informed decision-making.
- Assist in managing financials, budgets, and costs for the company, working closely with the finance team to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Perform personal assistant duties for the owner as needed, providing support in various administrative tasks.
- Provide ongoing support to the Business Management team by preparing and generating special reports to aid decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of service strategies and initiatives, fostering a culture of collaboration and teamwork.
- Act as an Account or People Manager, representing the team to their assigned clients.
