As a **Business Development Manager** you will lead a team of BDRs who position our products and services to the various markets we serve and deliver highly qualified leads to our Account Executives. The BDR Manager will be responsible for hiring, onboarding, ongoing training and ensuring the BDR team is successful while delivering the required results within budget. This role collaborates closely with sales and marketing to maximize the creation of highly qualified sales opportunities.
**Some of your responsibilities will be**:
- Coach and develop a team of quota carrying business development representatives to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly goals.
- Oversee all aspects of sales pipeline growth and forecast potential blockers.
- Ensure that sales qualified leads (SQLs) are converting to opportunities and supporting sales pipeline growth.
- Empower team members to work hard and foster a culture of inclusivity and collaboration.
- Identify opportunities for improvement across sales operations and make recommendations to executive leadership for streamlining processes.
- Assist in building out a large scalable structure that will support multiple profit lines, sales teams and potentially across multiple countries.

- Ability to effectively plan, build, and manage a rapidly growing team of BDRs.
- Ability to track and forecast sales pipeline and revenue growth.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
- High School Degree or Bachelor's Degree in International Business, Marketing or any other degree related to the position would be a Plus.
- Knowledge in Salesforce or any other CRM.
- At least 3-5 years of experience working in sales or business development in a B2B environment.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in a team lead or management role.
**Perks**:
- The schedule would be from Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm. (We work by the American calendar)
- Indefinite term contract.
- In Medellin preferred.
- Commissions in USD.
