**In this role, you will get to**:

Keep management updated: Relay important information in the form of timely and accurate report.
- Demonstrated leadership skills; able to take the lead in making improvements and resolving issues.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills; able to communicate in a clear, constructive, and professional manner.
- Ability to be customer-oriented in managing communications and issues.
- Ability to efficiently manage time and keep track of multiple schedules, meetings, and initiatives.
- Ability to be pro-active in developing trust and professional rapport with employees and team members; able to be a team-player.
- Identify, drive / executive continuous improvement initiatives that bring us long

term positive impact.
- Manage the performance of the implementation engineer’s team and make sure

that project goals are met.
- Conduct project evaluation and enforce lesson learned.
- Serve as an escalation point for SDs, NICE directors, and managers.
- Work directly with Talent Acquisition to bring resources to the direct group.
- Team Building activities, and work environment harmony
