**The team you'll be part of**
The PMO organization in MN RBC Americas supports the Market Services team in achieving its goals through various operational functions. These include PMO process enhancements, business financial and operational oversight, global PMO process implementation, sales margin enhancement and assurance, tracking key performance indicators, conducting critical project reviews, and more.
Operations Pool's scope is to provide comprehensive support for all operational activities in MN projects. Our aim is to ensure efficiency, synergies, and cost reduction by maintaining a centralized team with the capacity to handle any task required. Our goal is to support projects and facilitate their work effectively, saving time and effort.
**What you will learn and contribute to**
This role is responsible for overseeing the seamless transfer of costs to projects and managing pricebook values with suppliers. The Team Manager will ensure accurate cost allocation and maintain up-to-date pricebook information to facilitate smooth supplier interactions.
As part of our team, you will:
- Overseeing Cost Transfer to Projects: The Team Manager is responsible for ensuring that costs are seamlessly transferred to projects. This includes verifying and managing the allocation of expenses to the relevant projects within the organization. The goal is to guarantee that financial resources are allocated accurately, efficiently, and in a manner that aligns with project objectives.
- Managing Pricebook Values with Suppliers: Maintain and update pricebook information in collaboration with suppliers. This involves keeping track of pricing agreements and ensuring that the pricebook is current and reflective of the most recent agreements.
- Budget Monitoring: The Team Manager should actively monitor project budgets and expenditures to ensure they align with approved financial plans. If there are any discrepancies or potential overruns, they should take appropriate actions to address them promptly.
- Performance Metrics Tracking: Track and report on key performance metrics related to cost allocation, supplier pricing, and project finances. Provide regular reports and insights to senior management to support decision-making.
- Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and enhance cost allocation and supplier management processes. Identify areas where efficiencies can be gained, cost savings realized, or better supplier relationships established.
- Audit and Compliance: Collaborate with internal audit teams to ensure that cost allocation and supplier management practices comply with company policies and external regulations. Address any audit findings and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Stakeholder Communication: Maintain open and clear communication with project managers, finance teams, and other relevant stakeholders to address their needs, answer inquiries, and provide insights into cost-related matters.
- Vendor Performance Evaluation: Establish a system for evaluating supplier performance regularly. This includes assessing their delivery timeliness, quality of products or services, and overall satisfaction levels among internal stakeholders.
**Your skills and experience**
You have:
- University degree
- Fluent in English and Spanish
- Excellent communication skills
- Flexibility and adaptability to the changing work environment
- 2 years' experience in a customer service environment is desired.
- Good knowledge of Customer Service in the Telecommunication domain
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Must be flexible, willing to work out of hours as required.
- E2E Process-oriented way of thinking
- Good relationship skills and teamwork
- Time Management skills
- Ability to work autonomously
- Ability to work with multiple levels and functions
Excellent skills in SAP and MS Office Tools: MS Excel (advanced), MS Word, MS Access, MS Project, VISIO, MS PowerPoint
