We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager
**Requirements**:
- 3 years experience in the BPO Industry
- 2 years of experience in Talent Management positions (TA Manager, Recruitment Coordinator, Lead Sourcer, Sourcing Supervisor)
- Preferably a bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Human Resources, etc..
- English level C1
**Responsibilities**:
- Lead and provide structure to the talent acquisition team in charge of hiring and sourcing the best talent.
- Develop and define new, creative, proactive recruitment and selection strategies for the company's growth implementation.
- Develop and support the sourcing strategy for each role.
- Maintain constant communications between all departments within the company and also with the client
- Identify and define strategic KPIs of the area in order to develop growth opportunities.
- Have knowledge of recruitment marketing tools and programs (job boards, ATS,etc..).
- Vast understanding and knowledge of the various changes within the call center market.
