At **Venture Global Solutions**, a **U.S.based company**, we are looking for a **Customer and Sales Representative** to deliver outstanding customer experiences, **drive revenue growth**, and build long-term relationships with our American clients. This **on-site position** in **Barranquilla, Colombia** offers an exciting opportunity to grow within a company that values **innovation and excellence in the U.S. market**.

**Location**: Barranquilla, Colombia (On-site).

**Schedule**: Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM (U.S. summer) / 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM (U.S. winter)

**What You’ll Do**:
Engage with **U.S.based clients**, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.

**Drive sales growth** through proactive outreach, lead generation, and effective negotiation.

Provide **exceptional customer service**, ensuring client satisfaction and **long-term retention**

Manage and update **CRM tools** to track interactions, follow-ups, and sales performance.

Stay up to date with **U.S. market trends** and develop strategies to **maximize sales opportunities**.

**What We’re Looking For**:
**Bachelor’s degree** in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

**1-2 years of experience** in **sales, business development, or customer service**.

**English proficiency**: B2-C1 (mandatory) - You will interact with U.S. clients daily.

**Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills** - You know how to **close a deal**

**Proactive, results-oriented mindset** with a drive to **exceed sales targets**.

**Experience with CRM tools** (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) is a plus.
