**About the Role**

We are seeking a **process-driven and business-oriented professional** to manage and optimize our internal use of **HubSpot CRM** across the Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams. This role is key to ensuring CRM scalability, governance, and operational efficiency as the organization grows.

You’ll collaborate closely with internal stakeholders—particularly Product and Operations teams—to maintain HubSpot as a reliable source of truth and strategic business tool.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Administer roles, permissions, and team access within HubSpot
- Design, document, and optimize workflows, properties, and automations
- Provide daily support to commercial teams (Sales, Marketing, CS)
- Troubleshoot CRM-related issues and ensure overall platform health
- Coordinate alignment on lead routing, deal stages, and reporting logic
- Implement and monitor CRM governance policies (naming, segmentation, access)
- Propose and execute automation and reporting enhancements
- Integrate complementary tools like Zapier, Google Sheets, and Notion

**Profile Requirements**
- 2-4 years of experience managing HubSpot or similar CRM tools
- Educational background in Business, Industrial Engineering, Systems, or related areas
- HubSpot certifications (Admin, Sales, Operations) or proven equivalent experience
- Strong skills in documentation, process mapping, and CRM structuring
- Familiarity with tools like Google Sheets, Zapier, Notion, and dashboarding solutions
- Bilingual in Spanish and English, with excellent communication

**Nice to Have**
- Previous experience supporting GTM teams in SaaS or high-growth environments
- Familiarity with data governance, internal support, or change management
