As a WordPress & HubSpot Developer at OneIMS, you’ll be responsible for developing, maintaining, and optimizing websites that power our clients’ growth. You’ll collaborate closely with our marketing, design, and project management teams to ensure that every site delivers exceptional performance, usability, and technical SEO compliance.
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design, develop, and optimize custom WordPress themes and plugins that meet client needs and enhance functionality.
- Integrate HubSpot with WordPress, ensuring seamless operations between the two platforms.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their goals and provide technical recommendations to achieve desired outcomes.
- Implement responsive design principles to ensure websites are mobile-friendly and accessible across devices.
- Provide ongoing maintenance, troubleshooting, and support for existing WordPress and HubSpot websites.
- Stay updated on the latest web development trends and best practices for WordPress and HubSpot.
- Conduct regular website audits to identify areas for improvement in performance, SEO, and user experience.
- Document processes and workflows, providing tutorials or guides for clients as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in WordPress development, including custom theme and plugin development.
- Strong knowledge of HubSpot CMS, Marketing Hub, and Sales Hub functionalities.
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP.
- Experience with responsive web design and a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to interact effectively with clients in a professional manner.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude towards project challenges.
- Experience working in a remote environment and managing projects independently.
- Experience with HubSpot CRM, workflows, and landing page templates.
- Familiarity with marketing automation, HubDB, and HubSpot custom modules.
- Knowledge of UX principles and CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization).
- Experience collaborating through tools like Basecamp, Asana, or ClickUp.
