Content Marketing Manager, Latin America

Join Johnson Controls, a global leader in smart, healthy, and sustainable buildings, as a Digital Marketing Operations Coordinator for the Latin America region. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives across various lines of business (LOBs), tailoring content and strategies to meet regional needs.
**What you will do**:
- Create a content strategy for each region's LOBs, including creation, copy, and design through agencies. Develop materials and plan and prioritize.
- Distribute messages and materials strategically to each stakeholder, including salespeople, the marketing team (for social media development), and the corporate team.
- Share best practices between the corporate product team and other regions to adapt to our markets.
- Build relationships and execute with PR and advertising agencies to find the most appropriate way to promote our solutions, depending on the market, solution, vertical, and country.
**What we look for**:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing, specifically in B2B environments.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and optimize marketing strategies.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Experience working with PR and advertising agencies is a plus.
