Job Description

Kaplan Languages Group is looking for a dynamic and creative ESL Content Marketing Manager to lead the content team and help shape the brand's global content strategy. This role focuses on managing, creating, and optimizing content across multiple platforms such as websites, social media (including YouTube, TikTok, and Meta), and blogs to strengthen brand awareness and engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a small content team, ensuring timely, high-quality output aligned with brand strategy.

  • Collaborate with creative, design, video, and acquisition teams to support SEO, paid media, and CRM activities.

  • Plan and oversee content for marketing campaigns, new products, and social media channels.

  • Conduct performance analysis and content audits to optimize strategy.

  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders (Product, Operations, Sales) to support consistent brand communication.

  • Manage administrative tasks and ensure efficient workflow across content projects.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of managerial or supervisory experience.

  • Strong background in digital marketing, campaign execution, and social media strategy.

  • Excellent project management and communication skills.

  • Proven experience developing and implementing strategic content plans.

  • Ability to lead, motivate, and collaborate across teams.

  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.

  • Skilled in brand development, positioning, and multi-channel marketing.

Physical Requirements

Ability to sit, stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs, reach, bend, speak, and listen effectively.
