Content Moderator (Latin America) Company: Surreal Location: Bogotá, D.C., Capital District, Colombia Responsibilities Content Moderation: Review flagged content and determine if customers need to be alerted about deep fakes or other questionable content. Take Down: Submit policy‑breaking content for takedown on each social media platform. Research: Track and maintain databases of notable AI‑generated content. Content Creation: Produce blog posts or internal daily reports summarizing sentiment and insights of posts featuring our customers. Sales & Marketing: Collect and create assets that may be used in sales pitches and other collateral. Qualifications Detail Oriented: Thorough, complete, and accurate in task execution. Hustle: Persistently find solutions around roadblocks; able to work through repetitive tasks. Empathy: Understand client, customer, and team needs and focus on goal delivery.
