**Role Summary**
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced B2B Sales Representative to join our Sales Team. This role is an opportunity to shape the future of healthcare by connecting providers with life-changing medications that improve patient outcomes. You’ll play a critical role in expanding our reach and positioning Allia Health as a leader in the wellness industry.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers, pharmacies, and other B2B partners, ensuring a high level of engagement and satisfaction.
- Drive sales growth by identifying, prospecting, and converting new B2B opportunities within the healthcare sector.
- Conduct virtual sales presentations and phone-based product demonstrations, tailoring the message to address client needs and showcase the value of our wellness products.
- Collaborate with the Sales Director and cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve or exceed targets.
- Provide market insights and feedback to the product development and marketing teams, staying updated on industry trends to adapt strategies accordingly.
- Monitor and report on sales metrics, customer satisfaction, and any emerging trends that may impact sales performance.
**Required Qualifications**
**Experience**: Minimum of 3 years of B2B sales experience, preferably within healthcare, wellness, or a related field.
**Skills**:
- Exceptional phone-based communication skills and fluency in English, with the confidence to engage with diverse healthcare professionals and present solutions effectively.
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets..
- Proficiency in CRM software, ideally GoHighLevel, project management tools like Clickup, and Microsoft Office Suite.
**Additional**: High level of professionalism and adaptability to a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
**Preferred Qualifications (if needed)**
- Previous experience working with healthcare providers or in the pharmaceutical/wellness industry.
- Familiarity with anti-aging products, wellness trends, or related healthcare products.
- Additional certifications in sales, customer relationship management, or healthcare management are a plus.
