We are looking for a Data Entry & Appointment Setting Specialist to support our operations by managing client information, scheduling calls, and ensuring accurate and timely updates across our internal systems.

Responsibilities:

  • Enter, update, and maintain client data in the CRM with a high level of accuracy.
  • Schedule appointments and follow up with clients as needed.
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls related to scheduling, confirmations, and basic customer inquiries.
  • Assist internal teams by organizing information, updating records, and preparing simple reports.
  • Ensure tasks are completed on time and communication flows smoothly between departments.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in data entry, administrative support, or appointment setting.
  • Intermediate English (spoken and written).
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to follow procedures and manage repetitive tasks efficiently.
  • Must work in-office in Medellín.
