**What You’ll Do**:

- Make **outbound calls** to generate leads, schedule appointments, and follow up with prospects.
- Handle **inbound calls** with professionalism, empathy, and effective problem-solving.
- **Document all interactions** and maintain accurate records in our CRM system.
- Collaborate closely with our **Sales** and **Customer Success** teams to ensure a smooth client experience.

**What You Bring**:

- Previous **call center or customer service** experience (preferred).
- **Excellent English** communication skills — spoken and written (mandatory).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Positive attitude, reliability, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work **on-site in Medellín** (this is not a remote role).
