We are a growing real estate wholesaling company based in the US, and are looking for a Jr. Sales Associate to join our team. This position is virtual/remote. Our team is growing at a fast pace and this position is best suited for someone who has previous experience in a phone sales position and is looking for a new and exciting challenge You will be reaching out to people about selling their homes and qualifying leads. If you find that they are a motivated seller who wants an offer on their property, you will hand off the lead or set an appointment with the closer. If the lead turns into a deal, you will receive a commission. We are currently getting 15-20 contracts a month using this process. **We are looking for English speaking individuals for this position, with little or no accents**
In order to be considered for this position, you will need to submit your resume in English.
**Compensation**:$6 USD per hour plus $150 bonus on every closed deal. (25435.98 COPCol pesos per hour plus bonus)
**Responsibilities**:
- Call lists of potential sellers, build rapport and turn prospective clients into qualified real estate leads and adding them to the sales pipeline
- Gather information from prospective clients and qualify them prior to moving them forward in the sales pipeline so agents can provide an efficient sales process
- Put up-to-date information on clients into the database system so agents have the most accurate and current data
- Must have extremely strong phone skills, and phone sales experience; ability to set and close appointments over the phone
- Must have the energy and drive to call for 6-8 hours per day
- Build rapport with potential clients and help overcome objections
- Schedule and conduct appointments and negotiate with a win/win approach for both parties
- Ability to learn quickly about the real estate industry and the real estate specifics
- Ability to learn systems and technology easily
- **Must be coachable**
**Qualifications**:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- At least 1 year of sales experience as a real estate ISA, sales representative, or similar position
- Be quick on your feet
- Professional in attitude and outgoing and pleasant on the phone
- Personable, high achiever, able to work well on a team
- Enthusiastic with excellent people skills
- Independent and self-motivated
- High School diploma
- **Tools Required**
**High Speed Internet (Wired Connection to Router)-Computer (LapTop or DeskTop)-High quality headset with mic (USB)-**
This position pays an hourly wage paid weekly via Wise, plus commission on every closed deal. Time is tracked through Hubstaff.
