We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive **Property Transaction Coordinator **to join our client’s team. In this role, you will oversee the seamless execution of real estate transactions by handling administrative tasks, ensuring document accuracy, and maintaining communication between clients and agents.

Here’s an overview of your future role:_**
- Employment Type: Indefinite term type contract- Shift: Day Shift | Monday to Friday | 8:00 am to 5:00 pm PST.- Work Setup: Remote/Work from Home
**What do you need to succeed?**
- English Level: C1
- Proven experience as a Real Estate Transaction Coordinator or similar role. Familiarity with real estate documentation, contracts, and transactions. Proficiency in Docusign and other real estate management software.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently, multitask, and prioritize effectively.

**What awaits you in this role?**
Escrow File Management:
- Create and maintain Escrow Files using broker storing programs (e.g., Skyslope).
- Input property details, agent information, sale price, closing dates, and upload purchase documents.
Document Auditing:
- Audit purchase agreements and disclosures for completion, verifying signatures, initials, correct documents, and signers.
Execution and Returns:
- Ensure fully executed disclosures and return completed documents to the relevant parties.
Addendum Preparation:
- Prepare addendums for miscellaneous items like credits, price reductions, etc.
Document Handling:
- Proficiently use Docusign to send documents for signature and manage digital paperwork.
Home Warranty Processing:
- Order home warranties online and coordinate with warranty companies as necessary.
File Management and Audits:
- Conduct weekly file audits, ensuring completeness and accuracy.
- Upload and organize files on Google Drive and broker file systems within 48-hour intervals.
Communication:
Sync and Data Integrity:
- Maintain data integrity by syncing files between internal systems and broker platforms.
Social Media Management:
- Post 5 Instagram updates per day following provided templates and captions, celebrating agents' sales achievements.
