Sales Closer for Real Estate

**Job Title**:Acquisition Specialist **Reports To**: CEO/COO **Preferred Schedule/Timezone**: 10 am - 7 pm EST **Overview**: This company is seeking a highly motivated and dynamic individual for the position of **Essential Duties and Responsibilities**: 1. Lead Management: - Respond promptly to all leads. - Manage and update the CRM daily to stay organized and focused until deals are closed. - Follow up with prospects and maintain an efficient lead pipeline. 2. Client Interaction: - Schedule and conduct appointments with potential clients. - Build rapport with sellers to overcome objections and facilitate deal closures. - Act as the lead contact for sellers and provide excellent customer service. 3. Lead Generation: - Make calls to develop new leads. - Utilize various real estate software for information on properties in target areas. 4. Negotiation: - Negotiate win/win solutions for both parties during appointments. 5. Communication: - Communicate efficiently and effectively with all parties involved. - Answer, return, and follow up on phone calls generated by the lead system. 6. Learning and Development: - Attend business meetings and training sessions as required. - Willingness to learn the industry and contribute to maintaining and growing the company's marketplace position. 7. Administrative Tasks: - Perform other administrative tasks and special projects as assigned. Position Requirements and Skills: 1. Availability: - Ability to work some nights and weekends. First and third weekend of each month. - Enthusiastic about providing the best possible customer service for clients and customers. Pay: Up to $4,730,000 per month **Experience**: - real estate: 1 year (required) **Language**: - English fluently with great accent (required) Ability to Commute: - Bogotá, Distrito Capital, Cundinamarca (preferred) Ability to Relocate: - Bogotá, Distrito Capital, Cundinamarca: Relocate before starting work (preferred)
