**Job title**:Payroll Specialist

**Location**:Medellin

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Process payroll for our US-based employees using advanced Excel skills to ensure accurate and timely payment of salaries.
- Calculate and process payroll deductions, including taxes, benefits, and others in compliance with US laws and regulations.
- Maintain accurate employee records and payroll data in compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with team members in the USA to address payroll-related inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Work with the HR team in the USA to ensure accurate and timely employee onboarding, offboarding, and changes in employment status.

**Qualifications**:

- At least 1-2 years of experience in payroll processing.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Knowledge of US payroll regulations and compliance requirements.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Experience using Payroll Softwares.
