**At Solvo Global we are looking for a Client Relations Specialist to join our team**

**Responsabilities**:
Responsible for our small to medium-sized clients, typically with anywhere from 11-50 employees or 51-100 for PRO clients. May be required to meet onsite with clients as well as meet remotely with clients to achieve their KPIs, which range depending upon size, service level and need of client. Responsible for all aspects of the client’s health, maintenance and retention, monitor weekly payroll trends, consult on products and services, and navigate compliance matters. Works closely with the client, sales team and operational departments to ensure a mutually successful relationship. Some travel (local and long distance) may be required

**Skills and qualifications**:
Excellent organizational and time management skills, personable, well-spoken, good communication skills (verbal and written) and technical skills necessary. General working knowledge of Microsoft Office is preferred. Critical thinking skills.

**Salary**: $2,300,000 - $2,600,000 per month
