**What We'll Bring**:
We are looking to bring a manager in our Global Finance Shared Services (GFSS) Center in TransUnion’s Global Capability Center based out of Costa Rica to provide leadership and manage certain finance functions within the center. Manage and organize Accounts Payable (AP) and other Accounting operations by planning, directing and coordinating activities that are in line with company objectives, and targets.

**What You'll Bring**:

- Finance/accounting degree and 9+ years of industry experience
- Excellent leadership and management skills
- Proven continuous improvement expertise
- Experience with financial systems like Oracle (PeopleSoft), Coupa (Procure-to-Pay), Concur (Expense Reporting), Kyriba (Payments), and Blackline (Account Reconciliations)
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Ability to work closely with the business
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to see the bigger picture and understand interdependencies across departments

**Impact You'll Make**:
Key accountabilities include
- Develop, implement and maintain systems, procedures and policies for accounts payable processes to ensure adherence to company guidelines
- Hire employees and ensures proper training and development
- Ensure team is performing at an optimal level.
- Understanding and correctly utilizing resources provided by internal systems, departments, policies, and procedures
- Recommend and/or develop and implement accounts payable and other accounting policies and procedures
- Ensure compliance to all finance policies, procedures and federal requirements are met

**Key Activities**
- Ensure appropriate controls are in place and are being executed
- Monitor and improve the health of the AP and other accounting processes such as account reconciliations
- Resolve complex outstanding issues with internal and external customers, coordination with support departments and other functions
- Ensure timely payments of vendors and internal customers
- Implement initiatives to drive continuous improvement
- Interact with leaders in the business to ensure delivery of Service Level Agreements (SLA)
- Conduct performance reviews
- Provide coaching and leadership
- Provide development opportunities for employees
- Assist in prioritizing work
- Create and execute on annual department budget
