We are searching the best talent for **Finance Technology Manager **to be in **Sao Paulo - Brazil, Ciudad de Mexico - Mexico or Bogotá - Colombia**.
Purpose: The Finance Technology Solutions Latin America organization is looking to add a Finance Technology Solutions Manager role to be a part of the Finance Technology Solutions LATAM team. The individual is responsible for supporting various aspects of systems run support, enhancements, and project implementations as well as the overall operation of financial processes and close collaboration with key business and IT partners across the J&J enterprise.
You will be responsible for:
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to business partners across all sectors within the region
- Be a Regional Platform Finance Product Owner
- Stay close to Global Finance team to understand Finance Technology roadmap and how this impacts LA region
- Coordinate the efforts to ensure that the Global messages reach all aisles in both the team and the business partners.
- Propose and coordinate regional solutions that decrease the efforts of complex and repetitive tasks, along with regional and global IT partners
- Map, document, coordinate and track the issues and issues resolution within our region, coordinating service levels and escalating when necessary.
- Connect with key stakeholders to ensure the availability of business partners required to perform tasks required by the projects
- Support Sr. Manager in researching, evaluating, selecting, and implementing enterprise-wide initiatives, as requested
- Business Relationships
- Partner with various Finance and IT stakeholders in several levels of the organization, ensuring adherence to global system standardization and best practices as well as overall business strategy
- Advocate Financial Strategy & Technology capabilities and value to the Finance community while developing partnerships / networks with both Finance and IT organizations.
- Collaborate with Finance Management and IT to establish and maintain a project roadmap, resource allocation and alignment to goals and objectives of applicable team members.
- Technology Standardization
- Lead exploration of new system solutions to address business needs
- Ensure smooth end-to-end integration of multiple technologies required by business
- Manage process harmonization across business
- Promote usage of all implemented tools and proactively identify system solutions to standardize and streamline business processes (system short-cuts, ad-hoc reports, automation, etc.)
- Communicate financial system solutions to peers across regions and platforms
- Compliance
- Ensure strict compliance with all compliance and business policies including SOX cycles, SOPs, internal & external audit requirements, and system security protocols
- Team Management
- Provide leadership and support to global team members as well as other personnel as needed
- Ensure organizational policies, procedures, and training are executed appropriately
- Recruit, hire, develop, and retain financial system talents. Successfully integrate new employees
- Coordinate and develop a team using the tools and strategies available: develop and track goals & objectives, provide active feedback, follow up on development plans fostering continuous development and knowledge upskilling, succession planning.
**Qualifications**
Qualifications and requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience with project/system implementations and deployments is required, including experience with global collaboration
- A minimum of 3 years of related business experience in Finance
- A 4-year college degree in Business, IT, Finance or Accounting is required. An MBA or master’s degree in one of these areas is desirable.
