Team Overview:
The Finance BP Manager is a key professional role responsible for providing Spanish-speaking LATAM (SSL) management with analysis and insight of DiDi’s operational and financial performance in coordination with a broader finance team. Overall objective is to contribute to directional strategy and resources allocation as well as utilize in-depth knowledge to provide advice on the evaluation of financial results for DiDi’s current and projected performance within the region.

Role Responsibilities:

- Financial planning, align business strategies and tactics with multiple teams to support key decision-making and to be in charge of financial forecast;
- Budget management, build-up budget setting and review process as well as conduct deep-dive for cost saving opportunities and collaborate to lead cost optimization;
- Performance management, develop solid and timely tracker for business key metrics, prepare periodic financial reports and timely insight to business results and trends;
- Financial analysis, conduct analysis in support of Weekly and Monthly Business Review with CFO and key business leaders, provide guidance on significant business decisions;
- Risk management, appropriately assess risk when key business decisions made with consideration for both compliance and ROI;
Role Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree on business administration, finance, accounting, marketing or engineering, master’s degree and overseas study experience would be a plus;
- 3-5 years’ finance management relevant experience in highly competitive industries;
- Strong analytical and modelling skills plus being advanced with MS Excel is must-have, solid data processing capability with SQL, power BI and Python is an advantage;
- Effective verbal and written communication skills in English as working language;
- Self-motivated team player, enthusiastic to work and succeed in collaborative environment;
- Quick learner that has the ability to operate with a limited level of direct supervision;
