We are expanding our marketing team to include a **Marketing Specialist** with a focus exclusively on the fashion industry. If you have a passion for fashion marketing and a strong educational background in fashion, we want you to join our growing team.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop and implement marketing strategies tailored specifically for the fashion industry, including branding, social media, influencer partnerships, and digital advertising.
- Create and manage social media campaigns on platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook, driving engagement and growing brand awareness for both (YM)COUTURE and client brands.
- Collaborate with fashion clients to understand their target audience and develop strategies that align with their brand vision.
- Analyze and report on campaign performance metrics, making data-driven adjustments to improve engagement, conversions, and sales.
- Stay up to date on fashion industry trends, competitors, and best practices in fashion marketing.
- Work closely with designers and production teams to ensure marketing materials align with brand aesthetics and messaging.
- Develop content calendars, manage budgets for paid campaigns, and coordinate marketing initiatives across multiple platforms.
**Qualifications**:
- **University degree in fashion** or a related field is required.
- Proven experience in marketing within the fashion industry.
- Knowledge of fashion trends and the ability to translate them into successful marketing campaigns.
- Experience with influencer marketing and building partnerships within the fashion industry.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with various teams.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and campaigns simultaneously.
**Preferred**:
- Experience working with luxury or high-end fashion brands.
- Familiarity with fashion design or production processes.
- Basic graphic design or video editing skills to create visually compelling marketing materials.
