**Role Overview**:
The Content & Product Development Specialist will be responsible for creating high-quality digital patterns, tech packs, and other downloadable products for (YM)COUTURE's digital shop.

The role will also involve developing tutorials, e-books, and educational content to enhance the value of the digital products and assist clients in their fashion endeavours.

This role is critical to building (YM)COUTURE's digital product ecosystem and ensuring product offerings meet the highest standards of professionalism and usability.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Digital Product Creation**:

- Develop digital patterns for various garment types (dresses, tops, pants, bikinis, outerwear) for men, women, and children.
- Create tech packs, including garment details, material specifications, measurements, and sewing instructions.
- Ensure size grading options and customization features are integrated into each digital product.
- Collaborate with graphic designers to develop visual assets that accompany the digital products, such as illustrations or tech drawings.

**Content Development**:

- Create tutorials (written, visual, or video) that guide customers on using digital products, such as tech packs or patterns.
- Develop e-books and educational materials that cover various fashion production and design topics.
- Work on video course content for digital fashion courses, working alongside other creative team members.

**Product Quality and Innovation**:

- Ensure all digital products are user-friendly, easy to download, and meet the needs of fashion entrepreneurs.
- Continuously seek innovative approaches to improve product offerings (e.g., modular patterns, zero-waste designs).
- Collaborate with the marketing team to stay informed about customer feedback and incorporate improvements into future products.

**Collaboration**:

- Work closely with the GM to plan new product launches, manage deadlines, and align with broader business goals.
- Coordinate with the team to create promotional content for new product releases.
- Partner with the graphic design team to develop brand-aligned visual assets, such as fashion sketches, branding kits, or e-books.

**Customer Support (As Needed)**:

- Occasionally assist customers with inquiries related to the use of digital products, providing technical or design advice when necessary.
- Offer solutions or revisions to digital products based on customer feedback.

**Key Skills and Qualifications**:

- **Fashion Design/Pattern-Making Expertise**:
Strong experience in fashion design, pattern making, or garment construction. Must understand the technical aspects of pattern creation and how to design for different body types and garment categories.
- **Digital Design Skills**:
Proficiency in design software (Adobe Illustrator, CLO 3D, or similar) for creating digital patterns, tech packs, and visual assets.
- **Content Creation**:
Ability to create high-quality written and visual content, including tutorials, e-books, and instructional guides. Video content creation experience is a plus.
- **Attention to Detail**:
High attention to detail is critical in creating accurate patterns, tech packs, and educational content.
- **Project Management**:
Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and working efficiently.
- **Collaborative Mindset**:
Willingness to work closely with cross-functional teams (marketing, graphic design, product development) to deliver high-quality digital products.

**Preferred Experience**:

- 2-3 years of experience in fashion design, content creation, or product development.
- Experience with pattern making, tech packs, and digital fashion tools.
- Background in the fashion industry, working with fashion brands or startups.
- Experience in creating digital content such as e-books, courses, or tutorials.
