**About the Job**
We are looking for a Front Desk Receptionist responsible for manning the front desk/reception to ensure a pleasant experience for visitors and staff, while providing administrative support to various departments.
**As Front Desk Receptionist, You Will**
- Maintain reception area and conference room(s), keeping these areas tidy
- Greet customers, vendors, job applicants and other visitors in a courteous, friendly, and timely manner
- Answer and route calls received at the Front Desk to appropriate parties
- Ensure visitors and employees sign in and out of entry logs as required
- Sort and route mail, correspondence, packages, and messages for timely delivery to appropriate party
- Direct issues or problems to appropriate party for resolutions
- Coordinate meetings and organizes catering
- Provide entry level administrative support including but not limited to typing, filing, copying, scanning, and coordinating calendars
- Perform other duties as assigned
**Requirements**:
**As Front Desk Receptionist, You Have**
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in clerical administration which includes experience in phone/professional etiquette
- Ability to read, write and perform simple math
- Basic computer skills necessary to complete tasks
- Knowledge of phone systems and phone etiquette
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a strong attention to detail
- Strong analytical and customer service skills, and ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Dynamic and proactive with a high level of passion to learn new things and adapt to change
- Ability to listen and maintain patience during difficult situations
- Ability to effectively interact with employees at all levels of the organization and work with a variety of people from diverse backgrounds
