**As Front Desk Recruiter, You Will**
- Welcome scheduled and walk-in applicants
- Assist applicants and address inquiries during all phases of the recruitment process
- Schedule interviews
- Coordinate and administer pre-employment tests
- Manage pre-employment background checks and medical exams
- Assemble new hire packages and assist in orientations
- Input employee data and maintain employee files

**Requirements**:
**As Front Desk Recruiter, You Have**
- 1 - 2 years of administrative experience in a fast-paced environment
- HR experience (considered an asset)
- Basic knowledge of sourcing and recruitment
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a strong attention to detail
- Strong analytical and customer service skills
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A dynamic, proactive attitude with a passion to learn new things and adapt to change
- The ability to listen and maintain patience during difficult situations
- The ability to effectively interact with employees at all levels of the organization and work with a variety of people from diverse backgrounds
