Summary

The Guest Experience Manager - Rooms oversees Front desk, guest service and housekeeping operations. The main purpose of the position is to guarantee the best guest experience through the successful operation of Housekeeping, reception and guest service.

This position reports to the Director of Operations of the hotel.

**Qualifications**:
4 Years hotel experience.

Proven experience in housekeeping and Front desk is required

English Level - C1

Strong Interpersonal Skills

Service orientation

Coaching and development skills
