We are looking for an International Pricing Analyst who will support the Pricing Manager in implementing improvement opportunities supporting the organization's objectives. the person will be responsible for analysis, identifying potential solutions, and implementing value and cost-based improvements to assist the company and clients with improved profitability. The responsibilities of the role include cross-functional solid collaboration, including engagement with clients, sales, and operations.

- Pricing negotiation experience
- Proficient in utilizing computer systems and related tools for analysis, including Microsoft Excel
- Bachelor’s degree with a major or emphasis in business areas including Marketing, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business, Supply Chain Management, or Operations Management
- 2 years of business experience in pricing, sales, or operation
- Excellent communication skills and ability to interact effectively with multi-functional and diverse backgrounds.
- Ability to handle multiple, competing priorities, meet deadlines, manage risk, and deal with problems.
- Detail-oriented approach to work is essential.
- Ability to follow guidelines.
- Read, analyze, and interpret complex procedures or regulations and write correspondence.
- Please respond quickly and professionally to customer needs and ask for customer feedback to improve performance.
- Customer service and relationship-building skills.
- Strong knowledge of the industry including competitors and market trends
- Strong analytical and research skills
- Good negotiation and problem-solving skills
- Other pricing-related processes build up and follow up
- Experience working as a pricing analyst in the same industry
**Responsibilities**
- Review daily booking activity from a pricing and commercial perspective. Review routing, carrier selection, and associated pricing (revenue & and expense) to ensure compliance with company and client expectations.
- Responsible for creating, approving, and attaching quotes in the system.
- Look for opportunities to maximize revenue while maintaining adherence to client expectations (transit, detention free time, etc)
- Participate in pricing meetings and conference calls to maintain awareness of current market conditions and opportunities.
- Be the main conduit for all client, salesperson, and booking team communications regarding pricing-related matters
- Create, maintain, and ensure the accuracy/validity of all customer quotes and agent P&Ls.
- Participate in client RFQs and be responsible for NSA construction and management.
- Create and maintain internal communications between the overseas agent and the company personnel to ensure compliance (Interface)
- Manage discrepancies with carriers and resolve issues relevant to freight charges. Follow up to ensure resolution and systems are updated.
