The role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and an understanding of transportation and freight billing processes. This position is on-site at our Barranquilla, Colombia Office. **Responsibilities**: - Submit invoices from Turvo to Denim, ensuring accuracy and compliance with billing procedures. - Identify missing documentation during the invoice review process and take immediate action to resolve discrepancies. - Collect missing documents by contacting carriers directly for PODs or any additional paperwork required according to each client’s specifications. - Process and audit freight invoices to ensure accuracy and compliance with contracts and rate agreements. - Communicate with carriers, customers, and internal teams to resolve billing discrepancies and disputes. - Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in the billing process. **Minimum Requirement**: - Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience. - English proficiency (B2 + - C1 level required). - Minimum of 2+ years of experience in accounting (Collections, POD collection experience and Load tenders management) - Customer service experience - Must be located in Barranquilla. **Incentives**: - Industry leading salary and bonus programs. - Work Schedule: Monday to Friday -Weekends OFF - Contract type: Permanent. - Driven by US Calendar - 2 Weeks Paid Vacation Annually - Encouraging and Collaborative Team Environment.
