**Requirements**:
Key Responsibilities
- Manage list segmentation, personalization, and automation to improve audience engagement and retention.
- Track, analyze, and report on key campaign metrics (e.g., open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates) to ensure consistent improvement.
- Ensure compliance with Canadian and U.S. regulations, including GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and TCPA.
- Create and manage workflows for customer lifecycle stages (e.g., onboarding, re-engagement, retention).
- Collaborate with the Director of Marketing to align campaign execution with overall marketing objectives.
**Qualifications**:
- Proficiency in Twilio and SendGrid platforms, with hands-on experience in building and managing campaigns.
- Deep understanding of list segmentation, automation, and personalization techniques.
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on improving KPIs and ROI.
- Familiarity with A/B testing methodologies and performance optimization.
- An experimental growth mindset, with the ability to test and iterate rapidly for results.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with CRM integration and advanced analytics tools.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
