**About the Role**
As a Customer Service Associate - Consumer Products Support, you will be responsible for handling inbound customer interactions, resolving issues efficiently, and maintaining accurate documentation across systems. The role requires strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to meet defined service-level targets. This is a full-time, work-from-office role based in Colombia.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Efficiently manage a high volume of inbound calls and support tickets
- Identify customer needs, research issues, and provide clear solutions via phone support
- Accurately document all customer interactions in the designated call center database
- Meet individual and team performance targets, including FRT, CSAT, resolution rates, and other defined KPIs
- Follow standard operating procedures and quality guidelines consistently
- Maintain professionalism, clarity, and accuracy across all customer communications
- Responsibilities may evolve based on operational requirements._
**Job Requirements**:
**Education**
- Graduation from a recognized institution
**Experience & Skills**
- Prior experience in customer service or contact center operations preferred
- Ability to handle high interaction volumes with consistency and accuracy
- Strong verbal communication and problem-resolution skills
- Comfort working with ticketing and customer support systems
- Ability to work in a structured, KPI-driven environment
- Capability to work independently in a work-from-office setup
