Airbnb Property Manager and House Cleaner

**Location**: Medellin, Colombia

We are looking for a reliable, friendly, and trustworthy person to manage and clean a private Airbnb property in Medellin. This role combines housekeeping, guest support, basic property management, and preparing simple breakfasts for guests.

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Cleaning and preparing the house between guest stays
- Managing guest check ins and check outs
- Communicating with guests in good English
- Preparing breakfasts for guests when required
- Making sure the home is always in excellent condition
- Handling basic restocking and reporting maintenance issues
- Being friendly, professional, and guest focused at all times

**Requirements**:

- Must live in Medellin
- Must speak good English
- Must be responsible, organized, and trustworthy
- Must be comfortable working independently
- Must be able to prepare simple breakfasts
- Hospitality, Airbnb, hotel, or cleaning experience is a big plus
- Background check required due to property access
