We are seeking a Vacation Rentals Manager for our small vacation rentals business.
We have 5 Holiday apartments.

Permanent position, full time. This job is in Malta, Europe.
Applicant will need to relocate.

The right applicant will need knowledge and experience in the following:
Vacation rentals.

Customer Service: Able to deliver excellent service to our guests who are on Holiday/taking a vacation in our properties.
Attention to detail: Making sure the properties are well looked after, presented as best as possible. This role will include preparing, cleaning and getting ready our holiday studios.
Hard working: In High season, this role can be extensive and although you will be rewarded with extra pay, the applicant must be hard working.
Administration & IT: Managing our online booking systems. replying to guests online etc

**Additional Tasks**:
PA duties to the Director

Possibility of helping the broader team with other works related to the broader property business.

To be successfully in the role, it'll be crucial to perform in each of the above sectors.

You will be part of a bigger international operation with room for progression in this growing multi-national property investment firm.

Your main targets will be:
Primary Target - Creating ultimate performance of the short lets business, ensuring maximum profits, managing costs while maintaining high levels of customer and guest satisfaction.

Cleaning and presentation: Ensuring the studios are presented as best as possible including cleaning, when needed hiring more cleaners and monitoring their progress and works.
Customer Service: Attending to the needs of guests, answering their queries, making local suggestions etc.
Admin & IT: Managing our online booking and airbnb system. And if needs be implementing a channel manager.
General: Managing other workers, having the property well maintained,

The successful applicant needs to have relevant experience in vacation rental management and a high level of English.

Training is also provided for a minimum of 6 weeks.
