ABOUT THE JOB
In this position, your main duties may include but are not limited to the following:
- Processing payments activities in SAP.
- Receive invoices, verify them and order processing in SAP.
- Integration with treasury & banking platforms.
- Follow up on payments approval with users.
- Able to do payment reconciliations.
- Payment troubleshooting or resolution of issues working directly with vendors and internal users.
- Maintain generic AP inbox responding to inquiries in timely manner.
- Support regular and senior level accountants in month end close related activities.
ABOUT YOU
- We are looking for a motivated talent, who brings along the following background:
- Preferred field of study : Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering or related fields.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in Accounts Payable or invoice processing.
- Experience in posting and troubleshooting invoices and payments
- Proficiency in Office and SAP (desired)
- Advanced English Level (C1), Portuguese is a plus.
- Team orientation, and ability to work and interface effectively with all levels of the organization
