**Responsibilities**
- Handle overdue invoices and track upcoming payments.
- Perform cash postings and process customer invoices, check payments, and deposits.
- Conduct bank reconciliations and review monthly account expenses.
- Communicate with vendors to ensure accurate payment postings.
- Prepare daily reports on deposits and finalized invoices.

- **Reporting**: Ability to generate and analyze financial reports.
- **Financial Transactions**: Proficiency in cash postings and bank reconciliations.
