Billing Specialist/ Especialista en Facturación

We are seeking a **Billing Specialist** to join our team. This role requires working independently as well as collaboratively with the Billing team to handle and resolve client billing issues. The Billing Specialist will be responsible for managing customer billing, creating and maintaining contracts, and performing financial analysis to ensure accuracy and compliance.
**Responsibilities**:
- Create and maintain customer contracts in ERP/CRM systems for new and existing clients
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness of customer billing
- Research and resolve customer billing disputes
- Analyze discrepancies between estimated and actual customer values
- Perform ad hoc analyses as requested by the management team
- Work independently with mínimal oversight while supporting team objectives
Skills and Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a finance or accounting role, or equivalent education
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Inquisitive attitude with problem-solving mindset
- Flexible and responsive to changing business needs
- Reliable and able to work independently under management guidance
- Proven ability to learn new software systems and processes
- Solid understanding of accounting principles
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact across departments, including finance teams and sales leader
