About the Company
We are a growing international company providing digital services to clients in the U.S. and other markets. We are looking for a Billing & Invoicing Specialist to manage billing processes, invoices, and payment follow-ups while communicating professionally in English with internal teams and clients.
Role Purpose
Ensure accurate and timely billing, invoice management, and payment tracking, supporting smooth financial operations and clear communication with clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, review, and issue client invoices accurately.
- Manage recurring billing cycles and payment schedules.
- Track payments, outstanding balances, and credits.
- Coordinate with sales, operations, and customer success teams to validate billing details.
- Respond to billing-related inquiries in English (email and written communication primarily).
- Maintain organized billing records and documentation.
- Identify discrepancies and support billing adjustments when required.
Requirements
- Previous experience in billing, invoicing, accounts receivable, or administrative finance roles.
- Intermediate to advanced English level (written communication is essential; spoken English required for internal coordination).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Basic to intermediate Excel or Google Sheets knowledge.
- Ability to follow processes and meet deadlines.
- Availability to work 100% on-site in Medellín (El Poblado).
Nice to Have
- Experience working with international clients (U.S.-based preferred).
- Familiarity with CRMs, invoicing platforms, or accounting software.
- Background in service-based companies or agencies.
