Develop, implement, and manage the account strategy, focused on share of wallet growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction. Coordinate sales activities, monitor current projects and manage resolution of specific customer problems.
**This position reports to**:
Sales Manager
**Your responsibilities**:
- Establishes and maintains effective customer relationships to understand customer needs, promote customer understanding of full product/systems/ services offering, and align to provide a solution. Ensures a positive customer experience throughout the sales process.
- Develop, validate & execute account plan for key customers, generating monthly high accurate sales Forecast & achieve sales targets.
- Develop high level relationships within key accounts & creates added value for the customer and ABB by ensuring a coordinated sales approach.
- Lead by influence to mobilize other company teams (proposals, engineering, service, etc) to support his key customer needs.
- Sales discipline trough reporting opportunities information, including visits, leads, contact information, award dates, etc. in the CRM (Salesforce).
**Your background**:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electronic Engineering or similar.
- Expertise and previous background in automation and control systems.
- 8+ years professional experience with at least 5+ years of experience in sales roles.
- Previous experience in sales related to Automation offerings, including solutions, projects & services.
- Availability to travel.
- Advanced level of English.
