**Position Description**:
The Project Junior Analyst is responsible from the customer credit assessment and analysis, solve partners inquiries by providing problem resolutions and bringing up where applicable, build and automated dashboards. Prepare and consolidate monthly report/Quarterly Reports/critical metric and work proactively with the team to ensure new ways to do the task.

**Responsibilities**:

- Support project planning, execution and monitoring for Credit related initiatives.
- Challenge the status quo supporting the develop or improvement of a new way of working.
- Lead, analyze and run critical metrics definition and reporting.
- Support and run Credit customers periodic customer risk profile update.
- Perform specific financial analysis.
- Support as Power User or System Specialist the Credit tools and processes.
- Assist financial closings within Credit and Cash Application processes.
- Areas of focus includes period end closing, monthly closing reporting review and approval, financial analysis, risk analysis and critical metrics management.
- Deliver and analyze reporting, critical metrics and operational follow-up.
- Propose new projects and continuous improvement initiatives for Invoice to Cash.
- Identify operational risks that could impact the process.
- Perform other work-related duties as assigned.
- Standardize and find new way of doing things.
- Supporting internal customers for strategic decisions, financial and risk analysis from an operational perspective.

**Qualifications**
- Education level required:Bachelor's in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration.
- Prior Professional experience in at least one of the following criteria: credit, accounts receivable, accounting or financial fields. (required)
- Knowledge of Credit assessment, financial analysis or order to cash processes including policies and procedures.
- At least two years of experience in similar roles (required).
- Advanced Microsoft Excel knowledge, macros, programming, forms and financial formulas will be a differential.
- Tableau, Alteryx, Winshuttle experience. (is a plus).
- Accounting knowledge.
- SAP knowledge (is a plus).
- English oral and written (is a plus).
- Portuguese oral and written (is a plus).
