We are looking for a Junior BI Analyst to support internal operations inside our company. We provide outsourced customer support services for Shopify App developers.

The Junior BI Analyst provides support related to the company data management and analysis, reporting, automation of processes, and dashboard creation using Google Data Studio. Some tasks include:

- Help create internal and external dashboards using Google Data Studio to follow the performance of the agents.
- Monitor the dashboard to ensure they are up to date and showing the correct data. Fix any bugs in case they stop working.
- Add new sections or metrics to the dashboards as per the client's requests.
- Other tasks as required, such as creating scripts for new tools, extracting data using the HelpDesk API for reporting purposes, developing small projects related to BI and data management...etc.

**Salary**:$6USD/hour

We offer a flexible working schedule. You can work from 25 to 40 hrs per week. This can start as a part-time position and become a full-time position in the future.
- You will be hired as a freelancer, and you can work from home.
- Paid training
