**About This Role**
We're looking for a creative and analytical problem solver to join our growing team of growth marketers This Digital Coordinator role will primarily support our Analytics and SEO services but will have the opportunity to explore other disciplines as well.
Our Digital Coordinators are passionate about driving real results through data backed strategy, are eager to jump in to support our team and clients across a variety of channels, and are curious to learn new trends in this fast-paced digital world.
Our Digital Coordinators are a core part of our growth department, supporting our account managers and strategists with planning, implementation, and feedback on our client's marketing initiatives. Digital Coordinators keep their fingers on the pulse of their accounts and do the work that drives results for our partners.
You’ll have the opportunity to learn and explore a variety of marketing channels and hone in on your specific area of interest/expertise as time moves on. There may be a little juggling at first, but this position will grow into a career path that best fits your newly discovered strengths.

**Daily Responsibilities**
- Listen carefully to our client’s business goals and work with the VP of Growth and Director of Analytics & SEO to develop/implement SEO research and strategy.
- Assist Strategists on execution of proposed SEO and analytics plans (content recommendations, UX research, campaign insights, etc.) - you’ll have a talented team behind your back.
- Understand how to use tools like Google Analytics, SEMRush, Search Console, Tag Manager, Google Optimize, HotJar, and more to make strategic recommendations.
- Check in on assigned accounts, monitor performance, and look for optimization opportunities.
- Garner insights from analytics, report on results, and provide recommendations internally and directly with the client (interest in this piece is required, but hard skills can be developed).

**Suggested Skills**
- Understanding of marketing fundamentals.
- Experience and exposure to a variety of digital marketing channels (SEO, paid search, paid social, display, etc.).
- Demonstrated experience in content marketing.
- Ability to develop, write, and present on marketing research.
- Willingness to learn more (on your own and as a team).
- Ability to work with several team members (design, development, creative) to execute on a digital strategy.
- Use of Google Suite.
- Working knowledge of Google Analytics a major plus.
- Working knowledge of WordPress and other CMS' a plus.
- Ability to use Adobe Creative Suite a plus.
