If you're ready to help grow a modern sales engine with high-velocity leads, short sales cycles, and a competitive edge, you’ll fit right in. **About the Role** We’re hiring a closer to own outbound B2B sales to mid-market GPS customers. You’ll sell to businesses managing 1 to potentially 99 GPS-tracked assetsfrom fleets and trailers to off-road and high-value equipment. This is a full-cycle sales role with short sales cycles and high urgency. Leads come in fast, and the first person to connect wins. You’ll work inbound + outbound leads, leverage BDR support, and collaborate with pre-sales experts, but closing is 100% your wheelhouse. We operate in a speed-to-lead environment. If you're the kind of rep who calls within seconds and thrives on urgency but likes to make great commission, this role is for you. **What You’ll Do** Close new business with mid-sized GPS and asset tracking customers (1-99 tracked units) Own the full sales cycle: outbound, qualification, demo, proposal, close Respond to high-velocity leads within minutes or seconds to outpace competitors Drive deals to close within 30-45 days Manage your pipeline in HubSpot with rigor, accuracy, and clear forecasting Pull in Solutions Architects, Product, or IT resources when needed—but remain accountable for the deal Consistently exceed monthly and quarterly quota **What You Bring** - 2-3 years of B2B sales experience in GPS, fleet, telematics, or a closely adjacent tech space (e.g., IoT logistics, fleet management tools, asset tracking) - Track record of winning in speed-to-lead or lead-buying sales environments - Confidence handling technical and solution-oriented conversations with buyers - A high-urgency, high-ownership mindset — you own the outcome - Experience using HubSpot or similar CRM daily **Why You’ll Win Here** Leads come fast, and we invest in tools and marketing to support your pipeline You’ll work in a team that values speed, precision, and hustle We win because we move faster and sell smarter than the competition You’ll have access to technical resources, but full control of your own deals Application Question(s): - How many years experience do you have in sales? - Do you have experience in GPS or telematics sales? - Do you have experience with "speed to lead" sales environments?
