Estamos en la búsqueda de un Outbound Sales Manager - Bogotá para una de las startups mas prometedoras del país.
**¿Qué harás?**
Serás el responsable de apoyar y gestionar a tu equipo primario en pro del cumplimiento de las metas del área y de la compañía en adquisición, vinculación, activación y retención de clientes, de aliados y plataformas, por medio del análisis y actuando de forma estratégica, coordinando campañas con la dirección comercial, liderando, capacitando y guiando al equipo de ventas para la consecución de los objetivos.
- Definir e implementar la estrategia operativa de la compañía junto al director comercial, según los objetivos establecidos por la vicepresidencia comercial.
- Gestionar que la planta de ejecutivos a su cargo siempre esté completa, apoyarse en el Business Partner de Recursos Humanos para generar estrategias de rotación y retención de personal.
- Realizar análisis, presentación y sustentación en diferentes espacios de la gestión propia y del equipo, implementando el pensamiento crítico que aporte a la mejora del área y de la compañía.
- Analizar los reportes de ventas y gestionar que las cifras de vinculación y activación de clientes estén correctos. Coordinar con el analista encargado de cada proceso para que las cifras de ventas estén correctas.
**Requisitos**:
- Profesional en carreras administrativas o afines.
- Especialización o maestría en áreas administrativas o gerenciales.
- Más de 5 años de experiência en áreas de ventas en sectores relacionados con Fintech, entidades financieras, empresas de tecnología, seguros.
- Más de 3 años liderando equipos comerciales, preferiblemente fuerza comercial externa o B2B
- Manejo de Excel o Google Sheets avanzado.
- Inglés Intermedio.
