As an organization, we are united through trust as an inclusive and diverse team, and we are passionate about helping our colleagues and clients succeed. **What will a typical day be like?** - Ensure regional delivery of local HR policies, programs, and processes that cannot be effectively executed by centralized HR Shared Services; _ - _Ensure alignment of local policies and programs with regional and global requirements._ - _Act as a primary point of contact for regional payroll vendors and in-country teams to manage the service delivery of payroll._ - _Collaborate with global and regional HR leadership roles (HRBP, COEs, Country HRMs, and global/regional HR Shared Services) to deliver integrated services across the region. HR Delivery and Shared Services Leadership_ - _Provide direction and expertise to the in-country HR teams to operationalize HR administration and delivery, ensure consistency, while accommodating local regulatory requirements, where necessary_ - _Own the development and execution of continuous improvement initiatives in the region to standardize processes, identify efficiencies, and drive additional scope to global/regional shared services_ - _Act as an escalation point of contact for non-routine manager and colleague issues that need a leadership view; escalate to COEs or HRBPs, as necessary_ - _Own development and deployment of colleague/manager self-sufficiency initiatives within the region, including supporting continued rollout of Workday functionality in collaboration with global IT_ - _Serve as expert for Workday and own responsibility for in-country Workday Tier 1 support (Tier 2 WD support will go to Alight)_ - _Coach and develop Country HR Managers and provide performance management feedback as a direct people manager Compliance and Quality_ - _Support country HR teams in maintaining compliance with HR policies, local workforce laws, and regulations_ - _Implement and monitor service delivery standards, service level agreements (SLAs), and quality assurance processes across the región Collaboration_ - _Collaborate with functional resources (IT, Global COEs, HRBP, Country HR, region/country HR leaders etc.)_ - _Partner with HRBPs, COEs, and Country HR Managers to deploy new delivery processes in the region and/or supported by global/regional HR Shared Services_ - _Act as a point of contact for feedback and input from region and country Business Leaders on efficiency and effectiveness of service delivery across the region_ **Skills and experience that will lead to success** - _Experience: 5 years in leadership roles and payroll management_ - _Technical Knowledge: Knowledge of the legislation of Colombia, Peru, Ecuador and Venezuela._ - _Studies and/or specialties: Professional Graduated in Administrative Careers such as Industrial Engineering, Economics, Accounting, Psychology, among others_ - _Languages: Spanish and advanced English_ - _Technological Tools: Excel, Workday_ **How we support our colleagues?** In addition to our comprehensive benefits package, we encourage a diverse workforce.
