Engineer responsible for generating bids for public and private tenders, requests for quotations received directly from clients or through our vendors. Organize and prioritize proposal selection and preparation, selecting the team that best meets technical and commercial requirements. In addition to the above duties, you must follow up on proposals and assist with sales visits to support and ensure the success of the sales process.

Responsabilidades Esenciales:

- Provide effective technical support to our customers and vendors. Possess technical skills and the ability to select centrifugal and positive displacement pumping equipment and their accessories and devices, according to the required technical specifications, which may be requested in writing or verbally. Prepare bids for public and private tenders, complying with the technical, commercial, and legal requirements of our customers, ensuring compliance with bid closing dates. Request competitive bids from our suppliers of drives, motors, turbines, engines, mechanical seals, couplings, instrumentation, and accessories that meet the requested technical scope, as well as deviations from the customer's request. Track bids sent to our customers to understand the status of each proposal and obtain feedback from the vendors that will help us successfully complete the proposals in the purchase orders.

Visit clients, with or without sales representatives, to support and defend our proposals, responding to any technical and commercial concerns clients may have and constantly seeking opportunities that contribute to business development. Request factory technical support and/or commercial delivery times and competitive multipliers, depending on the industry and client to whom we will present each proposal. Actively participate in conferences, talks, and training sessions held by the factory or requested by clients. Actively participate in weekly sales meetings, providing specific information on active proposals and presenting all information related to proposal requirements, especially any matters requiring attention from company management. Maintain up-to-date information on the EQL and databases, which are linked to all information for company proposals (bids). Prepare purchase order files, obtaining clean orders, entering production orders, ensuring that the client's purchase material request corresponds to our proposal.

Requisitos del Puesto:
Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical, Industrial, or related Engineer. Minimum 5 years of experience in similar positions. Advanced written and spoken English.
